2011 Earth Hour Extravaganza

Earth Hour Extravaganza

A New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science Special Event

Join us as we celebrate this worldwide event where millions of people switch off their lights for one hour to raise awareness about global climate change. Explore the Museum and join the team as we construct a large-scale map of New Mexico that records our pledges to the Earth. Experience the excitement and celebration as we switch off the lights and head outdoors to discover the night sky. Bring your family and friends for a science extravaganza for all ages! The fun also includes hands-on, bilingual activities for the whole family.
