Dr. Kurt A. Steinhaus serves as Director of Community Programs at Los Alamos National Laboratory. His work is focused on education, economic development, and community giving. He has a Masters degree in music and a second Masters in computer science. His Doctorate is in Educational Leadership and Organizational Learning. Kurt and his wife Jo Beth have two children. Valerie is a Computer Science major and Kent is majoring in Environmental Science, both at the University of New Mexico
