UNM graduate student Lauren Sherson represented NM EPSCoR at Math and Science Day at the NM Legislature on February 10, 2010. Lauren used a water chemistry probe and sonde to explain to visitors some of the water quality research EPSCoR supports in the Valles Caldera.

Public outreach is an essential component of the current NM EPSCoR project.
