Meeting Registration:
First, you must complete the registration form on this website. Next, please go to the UNM Marketplace to pay the conference registration fee of $150.00 per attendee or $50.00 per student attendee.Lodging:
Non-Students Participants
After registering, please contact the Hyatt Regency Tamaya (505-867-1234) to make your hotel reservations.
If you are making a reservation by telephone, tell the Tamaya reservations desk that you need to reserve a room under the "UNM EPSCoR" room block.
The room rate is $139 per night and you will be asked to provide a credit card to hold the room. This rate is available only until March 6.
Students
Students will be sharing a room (double occupancy). Melissa Coverdale meetings@nmepscor.net will contact you with your rooming information once registration has been closed.
Transportation:
Shuttle
There is a shuttle service that will provide transportation from the Albuquerque International Sunport to Tamaya for $80 (roundtrip). Travelers will pay for the shuttle at the time of service. If you would like to use this shuttle service, please send your travel itinerary to Melissa Coverdale at meetings@nmepscor.net by March 2, 2010. She will send you the shuttle schedule when it is complete.
